1. What materials are your wallets made from?
Our wallets are crafted from premium materials, including engineered wood fibers, premium vinyl, water & UV resistant paint, fine metals and durable branding. Each material is chosen for its quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal.

2. Do you offer wallets for both men and women?
Yes, all available wallets are designed for both men and women. The Waottle WineWallet™ is a unisex style product.

3. Are your wallets RFID-protected?
All of our wallets come with RFID-blocking technology to protect your cards from unauthorized scanning.

4. What is your return or exchange policy?
We offer a 14 day return or exchange policy for unused and undamaged wallets. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and includes all tags. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

5. How do I care for and clean my wallet?
Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe away dirt, scuffs and spills to maintain its finish. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive water.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

7. Can I customize or personalize my wallet?
