Return and Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy – WAOTTLE

Effective Date: October 14, 2025


At WAOTTLE, every product is crafted with care, originality, and precision. We stand behind the quality of our designs, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the terms outlined below.


1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • Returned in its original packaging with all included components.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@waottle.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • WAOTTLE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements, it may be denied or returned to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

At this time, WAOTTLE does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our handcrafted designs, certain items may be marked Final Sale and cannot be returned. These will be clearly indicated at checkout.
