SHIPPING POLICY

At WAOTTLE, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • International Orders: 7-21 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.


International Shipping

WAOTTLE ships to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

WAOTTLE is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly at support@waottle.com so we can assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Delivery Delays

WAOTTLE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Labor strikes
  • Other events beyond our control


Pre-Orders and Backordered Items

Products offered on a pre-order or backorder basis will clearly state the estimated shipping timeframe on the product page.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment unless otherwise stated.
